About Me

I’m Michaela, a Yoga Instructor with a background in dancing. I’ve been dancing since I was 8 years old, and I’ve always loved the way movement can express emotion, connect people, and bring joy and beauty into the world. 2020 I could no longer practice dancing with my group due to the world’s situation. I turned to Yoga as a way to stay active, grounded, and connected to my body. At first, Yoga was simply a way to maintain my physical fitness and flexibility, but i quickly discovered that it offered so much more. Through regular practice, I began to experience the mental and emotional benefits of Yoga – increased clarity, focus, calmness – a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance and a greater appreciation for the present moment and the beauty of the natural world. 

As I continued to deepen my practice, I realized that I wanted to share the power of Yoga to others. That’s why I decided to teach, so that I could guide and support others on their own Yoga journeys.

In my classes, I bring together my passion for movement, my love of Yoga, and my desire to create a safe and supportive space for students to explore their bodies, mind, and hearts. Whether you’re a seasoned Yogi or a beginner, I welcome you to join me on the mat and discover the beauty of Yoga to yourself.
